We will handle the entire setup process for you and provide training on how to use it. We will also host the system for you, ensuring it is always up to date.

How it works

Mobile POS system

The Mobile POS-system is for smaller businesses or if you're on the go. With your mobile phone, you can create/receive payment for a product or service. The system is flexible and easy to use. It is designed for individuals selling products or services like massage, reflexology, handymen performing small jobs, freelancers, or those selling products at markets, and so on. The system is straightforward: you enter the amount to be paid and generate a voucher/QR code, which you send to the customer. The customer scans the QR code and enters their payment information. The whole process takes about 30 seconds. Once the payment is approved, you receive an immediate SMS. It's fast and reliable.

Spicy Media Group" will appear on your customer's bank statement, so we do not disclose your personal information.

The money will be transferred to the bank/account of your choice.

This service is not for businesses with an online store or a physical shop.

You can use our payment solution anywhere... whether you are at home or on the go, you can easily send a link to the customer.
You create a payment, and the payment is generated as a voucher that your customer agrees to use for the payment. On the customer's account statement, it will be stated that they have purchased a voucher from Spicy Media Group. It is your responsibility to send an invoice or other information to your customer.
The reason why it is a voucher and not an invoice that is created is that if the customer does not pay, you do not have to create a credit note.
You create an account as a user, and within 48 hours, your account will be approved. Then you can simply get started.

No, the system is only for receiving payment, you create an invoice yourself which you send to your customer.

It costs 12 % of the amount you charge.
You receive an SMS notification when the customer has made a payment. In the app, there is an overview of the amounts that have been paid and those that haven't.
The settlement period is from Thursday to Thursday, and the amount will be paid out on the following Monday.

The pay out can be transferred to your bank / card Revolut / Paysera etc.
You can assign your own code or name to the payment to differentiate it.
No, you are solely responsible for reporting your income to the authorities.
You can choose to send a link or a QR code to the customer. It's easy, and you will be guided through the process once you are signed up. You can send the link or QR code via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or Messenger.
Yes, you have the option to choose different currencies (EUR, GBP, DKK, NOK, SEK, BRL, and RON). However, all amounts will be charged to the customer in EUR.
Then you create a ticket to our support team, and we will assist you.
You can test how it works and become familiar with it by switching to "Sandbox" mode. You will see a red label "Sandbox," which means you are in the testing mode. You can test the flow from creation to payment to see how it works. Please note that in "Sandbox" mode, you will only receive an email. In "Live" mode, you will receive an SMS and email as soon as the payment is received.
